Champers is a magical place when the sun goes. Our Open Terrace is light by lanterns and candlelight and overlooks the Caribbean Sea. The dinner menu is uniquely authentic; international with bold and intense Caribbean flavours.

Dinner: Every night: 5:45 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

All prices are quoted in Barbados Dollars and include 17.5% VAT.

Topped with Petit Salad, Toasted Sunflower Seeds and finished with a Beetroot Emulsion Roasted Pepper Essence.

Served on a Risotto Cake, topped with Creamy Leeks finished with Shiso Greens & a Light Saffron Cream.

With Citrus Vinaigrette.

With a Farro and Corn Salad Finished with a Citrus Demi Glaze.

Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls


Served with Mixed Leaves, Soy & Sesame Dip.

Slow Roasted Pork Belly


Set on Cous Cous and Apple Salad, Topped with Crispy Greens, Bacon Powder and Port Glaze.
